What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) while you visit it. They help the site work correctly or remember certain information between pages.
The Cookies We Use
This site uses exclusively necessary technical cookies for its operation. We do not use profiling cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or tracking pixels (such as Facebook Pixel).
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
*_session |
Keeps your session active while browsing the site and the customer area (e.g. to show you confirmation after submitting a form or keep you signed in). | Up to 2 hours from last activity |
XSRF-TOKEN |
Protects the site's forms from forged submissions (security, not tracking). | Up to 2 hours |
remember_cliente_* |
Customer area only: keeps you signed in on this device after you log in with your personal link. Removed when you click "Log out". | Until log out or 5 years |
Payments. When you pay online you are taken to the pages of Stripe or PayPal: there these providers set their own cookies (also for security and fraud prevention), under their responsibility and according to their own notices. Our site does not load Stripe or PayPal scripts in its own pages.
Since these are exclusively strictly necessary technical cookies, under applicable regulations (Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code) your prior consent is not required to use them, which is why you won't find an intrusive consent banner on this site.
How to Disable Cookies
You can manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Please note that disabling technical cookies too may prevent some site features (such as submitting request forms) from working correctly.
If We Add Other Cookies in the Future
If in the future we decide to introduce tools that use cookies that are not strictly necessary (for example, for anonymous statistical traffic analysis), we will update this page and ask for your explicit consent via a dedicated banner, as required by law.
