Help with disputes with operators, power, gas and banks

You are not alone with a complicated problem

Inflated bills, contracts activated without your consent, promises broken by the phone, power or gas provider, scams, problems with a bank. These are situations we lived through ourselves as a company, and they taught us how to move.

We explain what to do, in what order and who to turn to. If needed, we go with you through to conciliation: the free procedure that can solve the problem without going to court.

What you get

  • We understand your case and tell you clearly whether it makes sense to go on.
  • We help you put bills, contracts and messages in order.
  • We write the right complaint and send it by PEC, so the proof remains.
  • We point you to the right bodies, such as Corecom, ARERA and the Banking Ombudsman.
  • We follow you through conciliation to an agreement.

What we are, and what we are not

We offer practical support and advice based on our direct experience. We are not a law firm and this is not a legal assistance service.

Conciliation procedures with phone operators and with power and gas providers are free for you: you only pay for our help. If the case needs a lawsuit or a court appeal, we refer you to a qualified lawyer.

Who it is for

Phone or internet problems

Unjustified costs, services never requested, lines that do not work.

Power and gas

Strange bills, unwanted supplier changes, wrong charges.

Scams

What to do at once if you were deceived or paid for something that does not exist.

Banks and loans

Charges, instalments, unclear contracts: who to call and how.

How much it costs

Clear prices, before we start. VAT is not included and the quote is always free.

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee I will win?

No, and nobody serious can. We tell you honestly how strong your case is.

How long does conciliation take?

Usually a few weeks. Exact times depend on the body and the type of problem.

What if conciliation is not enough?

You can turn to a qualified lawyer: we help you arrive with documents already in order.

I was scammed: should I do something right away?

Yes: block the cards or accounts involved, keep every message and report it to the Postal Police. Then write to us: we tell you how to proceed.

Tell us about your case

We answer calmly and in simple words. The first request does not commit you to anything.
